About The Position

Pikoya’s mission is to create an exceptional gaming experience and entertain people worldwide through the outstanding content we produce and the innovative technology we pioneer. We are designing, developing and publishing our own original content to redefine the gaming experience.

As an HR generalist, you will lead the recruitment process and training of employees, maintain the departments' technologies, and partner in organizational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for open positions. This includes hands-on requirements: Actively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, recruiting partnerships and other social networks, CV screening, coordinating interviews, conducting phone interviews, and more.
  • Develop and maintain innovative sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns to ensure the recruitment of top-notch candidates for all of our positions.
  • Leading the training of new employees. Monitoring and follow-up on the training budget and the annual work plan.
  • Manage on/off-boarding, including first day orientation activities. 
  • Support different HR projects in a variety of fields.



Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR generalist 
  • 2+ years of experience in the recruiting and sourcing field
  • BA in Human Resources/ Psychology or equivalent degree
  • A great communicator with excellent interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
  • Enthusiastic, a team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Be able to operate independently, and have attention to details.
  • High-level English proficiency - written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy
